Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- Information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate and valid. jdrbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
Account Security
- Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by failure to keep login credentials confidential.
- Use a unique, strong password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact jdrbet support immediately at [email protected].
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the jdrbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support local payment methods including FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and manual bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the name on the bank account used matches the name registered on their jdrbet account. Any name discrepancy may result in transaction delays or rejections.
Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. Current limits can be viewed in your account settings after logging in. Winnings withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the original deposit, as an added security measure against fraud.
Jdrbet is not responsible for any additional costs, service charges, or delays imposed by third-party financial institutions such as banks or digital wallet providers. Users are advised to check their institution's fee policies before making a transaction.
All confirmed transactions are final. If you wish to dispute a transaction, you must submit a complaint within 14 days of the transaction date, along with valid proof of payment.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the jdrbet platform:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games or transactions
- Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing account credentials or engaging in any form of fraud involving this platform
- Interfering with the security or integrity of jdrbet's systems in any way
Platform Liability Limits
Jdrbet shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform
- Service interruptions caused by technical faults, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control
- Any action or omission by the user that violates these terms
- Loss of data or information due to events beyond the platform's reasonable control
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Jdrbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, jdrbet is not obligated to return any remaining balance in that account.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support via email. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the required identity verification.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the jdrbet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to jdrbet. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. jdrbet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply our endorsement of any third party.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Jdrbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be displayed on this page along with the date of update. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes are encouraged to close their account and discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the user and jdrbet shall be referred to the relevant authorities in accordance with lawful legal procedures.
